Free Digital Scrapbooking has been the name of a free supplies site since the mid 2000s. In 2026 it relaunched as an independent resource with all new supplies and guides. The old downloads are gone, so if you followed an old link, you will land on the closest new category. Read more about this site.

Are the freebies really free?
Yes. Every download on this site is free, with no sign up and no email address needed. You can use the files for your own pages and for cards and layouts you sell or give away. The only thing we ask is that you do not share or sell the files themselves; send people a link to the freebie page instead. The terms of use explain the details.
Who makes the papers and elements?
We do. Every paper, element, alphabet, template and printable on this site is generated by our own code, from patterns and shapes we draw procedurally. The alphabets and word art use fonts released under the SIL Open Font License. No files are copied from other designers.
What size are the files?
Papers and full pages are 12 x 12 inches at 300 dpi, which is 3600 x 3600 pixels. Elements and letters are transparent PNG files at 300 dpi. Printables come as a PDF plus image files. Each freebie page lists every file with its pixel size.
What software do I need?
Any program with layers that opens JPG and PNG files: GIMP (free), Canva, Photoshop Elements, Photoshop or Affinity. Start with choosing software if you are not sure.
