One thing I have
missed about going digital is the ability to easily add
custom edges to my pages. To solve this problem I have
created what I like to call Digital Paper Shapers,
Scissors and Frames.
Use our Digital Paper Shapers to "cut" your own custom
shapes out of digital papers. |

Learning to use your
new Digital Scissors is easy!

Step 1:
Open the digital
paper you wish to cut and the Paper Shaper you wish to
use. Then drag the Paper Shaper onto your paper.

Step 2:
Select the Paper
Shaper Layer and position it where you want to cut your
paper. Then using the Magic Wand Tool select the area,
either above or below the Paper Shaper that you wish to
cut away
|
|
Step 3:
Now you will select
your Paper Layer and push Ctrl + X or go to
Edit on the Menu Bar and select Cut. Your unwanted paper
should disapper and you will be left with a beautiful
custom edge. You might want to add a drop shadow for
extra depth. Then simply delete the Paper Shaper Layer.
